A. Do I need Optrimax?
It is advisable that one works towards the “Normal” weight range for the lowest health risks. Optrimax will be extremely useful for people with BMI above 23 (or 25 for Non-Asians), to help them attain healthier weight profiles. B. Is it safe to use Optrimax weight management products on a long-term basis?

1. Can pregnant or breastfeeding ladies take Plum Delite?
Plum Delite is a preserved plum that is formulated with probiotics and a tea mix, to aid detoxification and support weight management. It is generally not encouraged for pregnant ladies or breastfeeding mothers to lose weight during this time, as their bodies have to provide nutrients for their child.
We recommend these ladies to start Plum Delite after delivery and after they stop breastfeeding.
2. Can people on medications take Plum Delite?
Yes, Plum Delite is not a medicinal product and will not have any interactions with your medications. Plum Delite has the effect of encouraging bowel movement. Hence we do recommend that Plum Delite is taken at least 2 hours apart from your medications, to allow the body to absorb the medications.
3. Plum Delite is used as a detoxification aid. Will taking Plum Delite cause poor absorption of the other nutrients that I eat?
No, Plum Delite does not hinder the absorption of the nutrients that we eat. Plum Delite aids detoxification, and helps our body eliminate unwanted waste products, optimising our body performance.
4. When taking Plum Delite for the first time, some people experience abdominal discomfort or cramping. Is this normal?
Plum Delite contains fibre and probiotics, both of which promote bowel movements. This helps our bodies to get rid of the waste material that’s in our gut. This peristaltic action (contractions) could be the reason for the discomfort and cramping that some of us experience.
In addition, if we do not drink enough water, the waste material would be harder and our gut would produce stronger peristaltic actions to get rid of the waste.
Once the waste material is eliminated, the discomfort naturally goes away. Those who just start taking Plum Delite may also experience some abdominal discomforts. These are detoxification reactions. With regular consumption of Plum Delite, the discomforts would be reduced.
5. After reaching my ideal weight or after resolving my health issues, do I still continue taking Plum Delite?
Maintenance of good health or an ideal weight requires continual effort. We recommend that after achieving your ideal weight or health status, to take Plum Delite once every 2 to 3 days. This will help your body maintain its ideal condition.
6. Occasionally, I see white or greenish powder residues on the surface of the plum. Are these plums safe for consumption?
The white or greenish powder is likely to be the green tea and pu-er tea powder mixture. When the surface of the plum is drier, the powder appears to be more obvious. When the surface of the plum is more moist, the powder is wet and its colour is darkened, hence it is not as obvious. Both types of plums are suitable for consumption.
7. How should I store Plum Delite?
Unopened boxes of Plum Delite (with the transparent vacuum bag intact) can be stored at room temperature, in a cool, dry place. After opening the package, we recommend that Plum Delite is stored in the fridge.
Plum Delite does not contain any preservatives, and to maintain the product freshness, a small amount of Nitrogen gas is filled into the transparent vacuum bag and in the individual Plum Delite sachets. Once the transparent vacuum bag is opened, the extra protective layer of Nitrogen gas is lost. Hence as a precautionary measure, we recommend storage in the fridge.
8. Is Plum Delite suitable for everyone?
Plum Delite is suitable for most people, except pregnant and breastfeeding ladies (see above), children, or those with gastrointestinal conditions such as acid reflux, gastric concerns and irritable bowel syndromes.
We recommend that these persons consume BifiMax instead, to address their digestive health concerns.
